Tammy Lynch has been involved in the sport of gymnastics for over 30 years!
Tammy began gymnastics at the age of 3 yrs and participated in gymnastics and cheer in high school.
Tammy began her career as an instructor at the YMCA, then as a director. She has taught preschool PE and art for disabled children. Her hope is to build a love of fitness that will last for a lifetime.

- Preschool & School-Age Gymnastics.
- Safety Certified
- CPR and First Aid
- 200 HR Yoga Certification
